Manpower planning in coordination with HODs for entire group. Budget planning and MIS reporting to hire ups. Identifying Training Needs and Skill-Gap Analysis Competency Map (Employee Ratings, Observed / Desired / Gaps) Monitoring Training & Development activities for entire group Developing Knowledge Sharing Practices Time Frame for Improvement and Review Mechanism.
