Job Description
- Technicians should have a strong understanding of technology, including: * Microsoft Windows 7 and 10 operating systems * Active Directory (account provisioning, resource per missioning) * Exchange\Email systems * Microsoft Office suite * ServiceNow ITSM * End user hardware technologies (laptops\desktops - HP, Lenovo, Dell. Network\Wireless) * Technician is expected to be able to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support.
