Job Description
- To ensure that the monthly HRP (Human Resource Planning) of the branches to be done within due TAT 2. To carry out the talent acquisition (recruitment) as per the pre-decided manpower requirements 3. To carry out the negotiation with the candidate 4. To ensure the release of offer letter within due TAT post checking of desired documentations 5. To facilitate the joining of the candidate and provide the desired assistance at the time of joining 6. To maintain the daily reports related to talent acquisition in branches 7. To maintain cordial relationship with the assigned vertical stakeholders 8. To act as a SPOC for the branches and take care of the queries of employees 9. To perform other HR activities as assigned by the supervisor 10. To visit the branches on regular basis for hiring 11.
