Job Description

• End to end P&L responsibility for complete self delivery network. 2.Ramping up the middle mile and last mile operations across multiple cities. 3. Building a high performing team to ensure operational scale-up at a rapid pace. 4. Regular tracking of performance against key metrics and real time issue resolution / de-bottlenecking, as needed. 5. Responsible for order management & fulfillment, execution, procurement, P&L management, people management, 3PL partners, Payments, inventory and delivery functions. 6. Implement 24-hour warehousing operations with 6 hour order to dispatch TAT. 7. Drive very high fulfillment and cancellation reduction of placed orders and avoid out-of-stock issues. 8. Strategize cost reduction and efficiency improvement initiatives to get to profitability in each city. 9. Manage a large team of last mile delivery including multiple 3PL Partners and Delivery boys 10. Wholesaler on boarding, on-going relationship management, reduced the overall wholesaler cycle time and improve margins. 11. Evaluate and implement (through engineering team) various technological solutions to enhance customer experience, increase operation efficiency.
