The process head needs to meet the production targets and also reduce cost of production through efficiency building. He is responsible for improved production/ reducing cost of plant and operations. He is also responsible for better management of all systems like Discipline / management and over all facilities

He is also responsible for better management of all systems like Discipline / management and over all facilities. Should have through knowledge of Process / Chemical Engineering of Cement plants. Should have the knowledge of Ball Mills and other details like Grinding Media Management/ Production efficiencies/ reducing cost of Energy etc Manpower Management and Skill Development .Strong Team Player and Team Leader Excellent Administrative Capabilities - to manage with discipline and processes Data Oriented / Well versed in excel and computer systems Target Driven to achieve production requirements of the company Leadership skills/ Management Skills
