Job Description

  • CORE SALES: - Visit properties in different areas and sites of Mumbai and suburban region, write reports. Reviewing your own sale performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets. Advising on forthcoming project/product developments and discussing special promotions. Recording sales and order information if on site and sending copies to the sales office. Development of all areas with respect to brokers and buyers Gaining a clear understanding of customers businesses and requirements. Doing periodical site visit to escalate sales performance and review Recording sales and order information. Generating revenue in terms of increasing sales and practicing best possible sales service Marketing the Company Projects. CO-ORDINATION: - Actively get involved for follow up with projects to review and get updated about the stages of the project. Escalating queries of the clients and customers in the Complain redressal form Ensuring administration of the customer issues and grievances in terms of post sales service in concurrence with the in-house projects team. DATABASE MANAGEMENT: - Gathering market and customer information and creating database. To search new properties. Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues and generating rich pool of the realtors and prospective clients and customers CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP: - Being one point contact for the company and its existing and potential customers. Gaining a clear understanding of buyers requirements and needs. Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person via telephone calls and e-mails etc. Follow ups on the payments from customers. Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotation. NETWORKING: - Issue handling and liaison between clients and team members and management. Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale. Arranging meetings with potential customers to prospect for new businesses. Challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy. Feeding further buying trend to the employers.
