Experience in capacity planning and management - Scaling up warehouse infra, the process to handle more capacity. Experience with team development, performance management and delivering results.

Job Description

• Will be responsible for designing and putting in place the supply chain operations including last mile delivery services for Purple Style Labs. Continuously innovate on the last mile delivery service to enhance the customer experience Manage and monitor orders, sales and shipments. Ensuring KPIs are met and improved as we continue to grow. Strong leadership abilities in keeping the team focused on the objectives. Analyse customer purchasing behaviour to monitor trends and future sales growth Responsible for the development and performance of the online business working. Optimize online sales by establishing consistent assortment strategies for the Omni-channel customer.
