Job Description
- Experience in Contract Management of Base Build & Industrial Projects. Worked in Grade A Cost Consultancy, Architects, Builders, Developers or PMC. (WTP, Arcadis, CBRE, JLL, GLID, RSP & Venkataramanan Associates) Should be flexible enough to handle Quantity Surveying & multiple project as & when required. Knowledge of Interior Fit out project costing would be added advantage. Custodian of Project Costs Should have worked on Design & Build fitout projects Vendor PQ Vendor empanelment Project Budgeting Ability to run end-to-end Tendering Vendor negotiation; Should know the item rates Should be able to take important items quantities from drawings Should be able to do rate analysis for items Cost change management Vendor invoice certification Understanding of taxes (direct and indirect) for contracts, SEZ stipulations etc. Knowledge on client contracts; ability to work with finance and legal SMEs
