Job Description
- uying and selling of bulk oil and chemicals from both (import/export and domestic). Participation in tenders (preparation of pricing, documentation as per tender, analyzing requirements of tender terms, understanding and highlighting compliance requirements etc). Floating of RFQs, drafting of contracts, purchase and sales order. Pricing & negotiation with Vendor/ Customers. Planning & scheduling for effective stock (inventory) management. Maintaining evaluating & development of vendor/ customer base. Preparing, maintain and presenting daily, weekly and monthly MIS. Liaising with plant, finance and other team members to ensure timely customer response. Actively interacting with Market participants and update management about market developments to aid decision making. Exploring new business opportunities and preparation of base paper for management review. Create, analysis and maintain database. Assist in Budgeting, Budget monitoring and implementing action plan to meet Budgeted targets.
