Job Description

• Communicates with customers on product related matters. Plans and incorporates contingency arrangements to deal with unforeseen circumstances related to customer issues and to help maintain business continuity. Maps potential by collecting the technical details of the Cooling Tower. Maintains a healthy relationship with back office and end user ? Giving technical presentation to the customers. Helps in audit of Cooling Tower application. Developing new customers and regaining the lost customers including OEM. Provide all technical inputs to back office for preparation of techno commercial offer. Submission of techno –commercial offers. Developing new business and collection of payment in me
