Overview

This position is responsible for day to day refactory operations and electrical maintenance such as Production process, Plant equipment Maintenance, Quality, Safety and Coordination with marketing team to meet the schedule and dispatch of material. Should ensure corrective actions on customer complaint and initiate preventive actions to eliminate recurrence.

Job Description

• Should manage overall activities of technical specifications, procurement, scheduling, progress monitoring, erection, testing & commissioning, site management & manpower planning, project planning & management. Should carry out refractory selection, inspection & installation jobs for project Should assist in the installation of refractory materials, commissioning & conducting the tests to ensure operational effectiveness of plant. Should plan refractory shut down jobs. Should plan the maintenance schedules of various equipment & identify the areas of breakdowns and taking steps to rectify. Should implement cost saving steps to reduce the expenditure. Should monitor refractory material received from vendors & assist them in the processes for material quality and provide them suggestions for improving process efficiency. Should prepare the refractory business plan & presentation. Should monitor refractory lining condition. Should ensure all refractory installation works are carried out according to drawing, installation procedure, inspection and test plan, engineering standard practices and Standard Operating Procedure
