Job Description

• SourceDesk Global is looking for an experienced Web Project Manager wizard to join our team! Youll be working with our web developers, programmers, digital marketing and graphic design teams to provide support. Youll also be managing and executing marketing projects and collaborating to scope, plan, and deliver projects. In a nutshell, you can juggle a lot of tasks at once, provide awesome customer service to employees & clients alike, and LOVE implementing processes. If youre comfortable reporting on project health, status, and blockers, able to recognize opportunities to streamline project workflows and introduce changes and processes, then read on! What you'll do: Lead discovery process for large projects and accurately define engagement scope and objectives. Project management: scope/estimate projects, create project plans, handle change, identify risk, dependencies, and constraints, and maintain budgets with third-party development partners. Track internal web teams capacity to help prioritize work, resolve blockers and inspire the team to remain focused and productive. Support and source external partners to ensure SoWs are created and delivered with quality Implement QA procedures, brand standards, partner sign-offs, and approvals. Work closely with the creative team to schedule project workload and ensure that proper design or copy handoffs occur. Work closely with sales to ensure a smooth handoff. You have: A great attitude! A few years in a digital project management role Experience in project portfolio management. Good working knowledge of WordPress, Website development, SEO, SEM, and analytics. Ability to bridge the gap between technical, creative, and business needs to help produce solutions that achieve results. PMP certification a bonus as well as knowledge in agile methodologies. Demonstrated experience in partner management. Excellent interpersonal, relationship, facilitation, and communication skills. Strong analytical skills, are detail-oriented, process-driven, and are data and solution minded. Experience drafting functional and technical specifications. Working knowledge of web architecture and web development procedures.
