Job Description
- Experience in Account Management and Account Mining. - Monitoring conversion ratios to maintain and adhere to agreed SLA - Provide management report for senior leadership on a frequent basis - Involve in client interactions. - Submission of various reports on recruitment as per business demands - Coaching & mentoring team members - Responsible for timely and smooth onboarding of all selected candidates - Drafting client account plan based on discussions related to the client's needs and goals of hiring on quarterly basis.
