Job Description

• Good knowledge on SEZ rules, clearances & documentation and handling independently. Assessments, Examinations and clearances from SEZ Customs Online filing of all SEZ Customs bills. Liasoning activity of SEZ Licenses like LOA, LOP etc. Liasoning activity of State Excise for Ethanol & Methanol. Preparation of DTA Procurement in online, and submitting to customs and submitting re-warehousing certificates to Suppliers in stipulated time. BOE (Import, zone to zone and Bonded warehouse) filing in SEZ Online and clearance from SEZ customs. Coordination with CHA for all import shipments SEA / AIR. Shipping bills filling in SEZ Online for exports and clearance from SEZ customs. DTA Sales filing for the local Export from the SEZ unit. TR-6 challans preparation for the Customs Duty Payment. Proper shipment planning & co-ordinate with the Production, Marketing, Logistics & Quality departments for execution of Export shipment and its documentation. Online filing of Temporary removal and Subcontracting challans for the job work or repair purpose of the material and monitoring to close in-time. Evaluation of discrepancies, defects or damages during receipt of materials and co-ordinate with SCM & Customs to replace / reject the consignment. Preparation of Monthly, quarterly and yearly reports related to all customs and sales etc. and submission Permissions for returnable materials received from service vendors. Preparation of invoice from SAP & manual Taking care of all commercial issues including statutory compliance etc Coordinating with various parties including Vendors, Contractors, Transporter (Logistics) and Govt. Officials to facilitate timely & uninterrupted operations. Liaison with statutory authorities, internal and external customers for smooth operations.
