Job Description
- Requirement understanding and preparing interview plan Sourcing resumes from various sources including, portals, vendors, social media, references or others Scheduling interviews with panel members on a daily basis and through drives regularly Salary negotiation, Offer and post offer candidate engagement Preparing reports on daily, weekly, monthly basis in MS Excel Volume/Mass Hiring and Niche Skill Hiring. Interact with various stake holders including PMs and hiring managers to ensure timeliness of delivery Act as a point of contact and build good candidate relationships during the selection process Build passive candidates database around key skills as per the company objectives
