• You hold a Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering and come with 8-12 years of work experience in Tekla modelling. Additionally, you can relate to the following: You have experience in 3D modelling of concrete/ steel structures and rebar detailing in Tekla. You are proficient in use of Tekla and willing to work on multidisciplinary prjects in both Steel and Concrete marine structures You have basic knowledge of Euro Codes You are proficient in all Microsoft Office software particularly MS Excel and Word Knowledge of any programming language is an added advantage

Job Description

• You will be leading a team of CIVIL 3D BIM modellers You will prepare 3D BIM models in CIVIL 3D for marine structures including piled jetties, retaining structures like diaphragm walls, sheet pile walls, embankments, steel structures, breakwaters and revetments etc. You will be responsible for mentoring and training Junior BIM modellers in 3D modelling software You will be involved in Clash detection and coordination of 3D models prepared in various software (Civil 3D/Tekla and Revit) with Navisworks and other coordination software You will understand BIM execution plan and implement it on project You will be involved in setting up the project BIM standards as per project requirements You will coordinate with internal and external design engineer for the information required to prepare BIM and generate drawings and quantities You will generate 4D construction sequence in Navisworks You will manage and log design and coordination changes You will perform and document quality checks at each stage of submissions drawings and Quantities/BOQ You will be responsible for doing estimation, planning and tracking of the project Production of concrete and rebar 3D drawings, bar-bending schedules and calculation of quantities
