- Drawing upon a strong organizational, customer service and administrative background to identify and manage the data, systems and communication between team members involved in the hiring process, from initial identification through offer acceptance Following standard, documented policies and procedures for all recruiting activity Working in a collaborative team environment with other recruiting staff, sales, delivery, and administrative professionals Understanding and adhering to all recruitment policies and procedures listed under Recruiting Operations Inputting new requisitions received from clients into various databases Auditing between systems to ensure accuracy of data and reporting Reviewing job descriptions for professionalism and accuracy, then posting to job boards Scheduling technical screens and interviews with candidates and confirming with clients Entering and updating candidate information real-time in candidate tracking tool
