Job Description

  • Receiving goods from suppliers & generate GRN of materials received in the accounting software - MFGPRO (Manufacturing Program) ERP system, Submitting the GRN to QC Department for Inspection, if material got rejected informing to purchase department also to supplier 2. Ensuring and monitoring all GRNs to get clear in same day apart from Chemicals and robber items, Accepted materials in storage racks / bins for easy storage, identification & retrieval 3. After clearing QC Inspection submitting the GRN to accounts, to make payment for supplier, Receiving Indent form production for issue of material to production (Physically and in MFGPRO System), Material Issuing to Production by First in First out only for certain item 4. Maintain Bin Card System and ensuring updated, Making DC, Form 515 and annexure for job work, Receiving ILT from purchase department and sending materials for job work like nickel plating etc, Receiving sales order for marketing and issuing Accessories for Dispatch 5. Maintaining register for Issue of Consumable items, Safety materials to production, Generate Weekly transaction reports & submit the same to the Works Manager and vice-president finance, Generating daily inventory valuation report and reporting to chief executive officer and vice-president finance 6. Submitting Daily perpetual inventory reports to finance manager, chief executive officer and vice-president finance If found any shortage of spares informing to planning department and above mention, Attending Inventory meetings planning and analyzing of non moving items and tacking necessary action 7. Ensuring Housekeeping and Identification of Material description, rack identification etc, Coordinating with all departments and completing the work day to day online and ensuring not to keep pending for next day, Generate all requisite information required as required for monthly audits and be present with the auditors during this period. 8. Monitoring and maintaining ISO Quality Objective Register, Maintain records as per ISO policy, Ensure the quantity of the incoming materials with respect of D.C./Invoice of the supplier. The accessories have to be kept by the Sale order wise, On receipt of the materials, the sane has to be kept inform to concerned department. 9. Materials should keep in Safety condition
