Job Description
- Required Skills * Expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and Time Management * Proficient with Oracle Human Resource (HR) * Excellent communication skills, including native quality English verbal and written abilities * Collaborative issue resolution and escalation * Proficient in use of desktop productivity tools * Self-motivated and works well in teams or individually * Use of TOAD, SQL*Developer, or similar Beneficial Skills * Knowledge of Oracle Project Accounting (PA) and General Ledger (GL) * Experience with ADP payroll * Experience outside of Oracle with commercial or custom applications * Experience working with VP level, stakeholders and large consultant firms * Member of geographically diverse teams including offshore * Basic Unix skills
