Job Description

• 1)Direct the practice of quality care according to standards and benchmarks set by the organization, licensing boards and funding agencies. 2. Perform due diligence in matters related to clinical practice in full compliance of the Medical Licensing Board and the Business and Professions Code. 3. Formulate clinical protocols in a manner that is easily understood, practical and can be followed by all clinical employees. 4. Provides overall direction to continuing medical education, training, and support for health care personnel. 5. Assess all matters of clinical compliance and provide timely recommendations for corrective action and quality improvement. 6. Lead all internal medical audits, RCAs of medico legal nature& maintain accurate clinical documentation. 7. Responsible for the credentialing and privileging of the medical staff; serve as the Chair of the Credentialing Committee.
