Job Description

• To lead the sales & technical team of more than 15 field staff in the respective territory / zone. To promote / sales / market entire range of products in the allotted territory / zone. To draw out concrete sales plan and to enhance the market shares in the industry. To motivate all subordinates and get maximum output with respect to individuals strength and capability. Ensuring efficient and prompt after sales services through trained technical team. To project budgetary plan for sales promotion / market research / Technical skill improvement. To approach aggressively with the market /Industry demands and maintain brand image of the company. Timely launch of new product range with respect to Market / Industry demand. To ensure the highest profitability in terms of reviewing the pricing structure time to time. To ensure the systematic grown of entire range of products. To control and monitor the activities of the channel sales partners. Candidates should be sincere, hardworking and should have good communication skills. Candidates will be responsible for promoting of high-tech analytical instruments like GCs, GC- MS, UV Vis, FTIR and AAS spectrophotometers, flame photometers etc. Other responsibilities include ensuring customer satisfaction and generating service and spares income.
