This joint-venture was created when Saft, the world leader in the design and manufacture of advanced technology batteries for industry, joined hands with AMCO Power Systems Ltd., the Nickel-Cadmium battery business of Amalgamations Group – a reputed business house in India. AMCO Saft offers custom made, high tech battery systems for the region’s key power utilities, oil and gas, industrial markets and major OEM’S. AMCO Saft batteries are specially designed for applications where maximum operating reliability is a key factor.
